The diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into the front and the rear two air chambers. When the compressed air is turned on, the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the throttle hole, and the rear air chamber pressure closes the diaphragm assembly to the output port of the valve. The electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "off" state. The electric signal of the pulse blowing controller makes the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve move backward. After the valve, the vent hole of the air chamber opens, the air chamber quickly loses pressure, the diaphragm assembly moves backward, the compressed air is blown through the valve output port, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is at "On" status. The electric signal of the pulse blowing controller disappears, the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve is reset, the venting hole of the rear air chamber is closed, and the pressure of the rear air chamber is raised so that the diaphragm assembly is closely attached to the output port of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "closed" state.
The submerged electromagnetic pulse valve is the compressed air "switch" of the dust removal and injection system of the pulsed bag dust remover.
