    Working Prnciple of DMF-Y-25:

     

    The diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into the front and rear air Chambers. When the compressed air is connected, the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the throttle hole. At this time, the pressure in the rear air chamber will press the diaphragm component tightly to the valve's output port, and the electromagnetic pulse valve will be in the state of "closed".

     

    The electrical signal of the pulse injection control instrument makes the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve move backward, the air chamber after the valve opens, the air chamber quickly loses pressure, the diaphragm component moves backward, the compressed air is sprayed through the valve outlet, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "open" state. The electromagnetic pulse valve armature is reset when the electrical signal of the pulsed injection control instrument disappears. The vent hole of the rear air chamber is closed. The pressure of the rear air chamber increases, making the diaphragm assembly close to the valve's output port.
