How we control solenoid coil quality during production:
1, Inspect raw material of enameled copper wire and thermoplastic or thermosetting plastic by mesure and testing
2, Set up parameters on coil winding machines, then manual inspect one by one after winding
3, After welded electrial terminations then tested by testing machines one by one to ensure all coils is workable
4, After moulded with thermoplastic or thermosetting plastic will be tested 100% again, and also will select 10% by random and assembled with solenoid valve then let it work for testing life.
5, After selected out some failed pneumatic solenoid coil, we will put them with stickers and marked failed reason on paper then destroy to avoid mixed into bulk order goods.
